产品详细信息MA5-13212 targets CD79a in IF, IHC (P), and WB applications and shows reactivity with Bovine, Equine, Guinea Pig, Human, mouse, Non-human primate, Porcine, Rabbit, Chicken, and Rat samples.The MA5-13212 immunogen is a synthetic peptide consisting of GTYQDVGSLNIADVQ of human CD79a protein.MA5-13212 is not functional in IHC (P) in its B format.靶标信息CD79a is a disulphide-linked heterodimer that includes B29 (CD79b) polypeptide. CD79a is a B lymphocyte antigen receptor with an antigen-specific surface component Ig (immunoglobulin) that associates with Ig-alpha and Ig-beta, necessary elements for the expression and function of the B-cell antigen receptor. CD79a first appears at pre-B cell stage and persists until the plasma cell stage where it is found as an intracellular component. CD79a is found in the majority of acute leukemias of precursor B cell type, in B cell lines, B cell lymphomas, and in some myelomas. It is not present in myeloid or T cell lines. Diseases associated with CD79a include Agammaglobulinemia 3 and Agammaglobulinemia, Non-Bruton type.

CD79a Antibody (MA5-13212) in ICC/IFImmunofluorescence analysis of CD79a was performed using 70% confluent log phase Daudi cells. The cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde for 10 minutes, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton™ X-100 for 15 minutes, and blocked with 2% BSA for 45 minutes at room temperature. The cells were labeled with CD79a Monoclonal Antibody (HM47/A9) (Product # MA5-13212) at 1:100 in 0.1% BSA, incubated at 4 degree celsius overnight and then labeled with Donkey anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) Highly Cross-Adsorbed Secondary Antibody, Alexa Fluor Plus 488 (Product # A32766), (1:2000), for 45 minutes at room temperature (Panel a: Green). Nuclei (Panel b: Blue) were stained with ProLong™ Diamond Antifade Mountant with DAPI (Product # P36962). F-actin (Panel c: Red) was stained with Rhodamine Phalloidin (Product # R415, 1:300). Panel d represents the merged image showing plasma membrane and cytoplasm localization. Panel e represents Jurkat cells showing no expression of CD79a. Panel f represents control cells with no primary antibody to assess background. The images were captured at 60X magnification.
