Episomal iPSC Reprogramming Kit 是一种高效的非基因插入整合型重编程系统，可将体细胞重编程为诱导多能干细胞（Induced pluripotent stem cells, iPSCs）。其利用多能性因子Oct4、 Sox2、 Klf4、 c-Myc 的非整合型质粒载体诱导体细胞生成无外源基因插入整合的 iPSCs，对于重编程难度较大的悬浮细胞，此系统重编程效率较高，如外周血单个核细胞（Peripheralblood mononuclear cells, PBMCs）。

注意：人胚胎干细胞（hES）或诱导多能干细胞(hiPS)在无滋养层细胞培养条件下培养换液时，请将新鲜的培养液沿培养容器壁缓慢添加，避免液体的冲击力将贴壁的细胞吹起脱离培养皿。
