Mouse anti Rat CD134 antibody, clone OX-40recognizes the OX40 antigen which is present on activated T lymphocytes that also express CD4 (Patersonet al.1987).The antigen is a glycoprotein of approximately 50 kDa which is related in sequence to the low affinity Nerve Growth Factor Receptor (Mallettet al.1990).Mouse anti Rat CD134 antibody, clone OX-40 is not mitogenic, but does enhance some T cell responses (Patersonet al.1987).

This product is shipped at ambient temperature. It is recommended to aliquot and store at -20°C on receipt. When thawed, aliquot the sample as needed. Keep aliquots at 2-8°C for short term use (up to 4 weeks) and store the remaining aliquots at -20°C.Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended.
