Mouse anti Human HLA ABC antibody, clone Bu8recognizes class I molecules of the human major histocompatibility complex (MHC). The MHC complex is a cluster of genes that are important in the immune response to infections. In humans, this complex is referred to as the human leukocyte antigen (HLA) region. There are 3 major MHC class I proteins encoded by the HLA which are HLA A, HLA B and HLA C. These proteins are found on the surface of almost all nucleated somatic cells.

存储条件
This product is shipped at ambient temperature. It is recommended to aliquot and store at -20°C on receipt. When thawed, aliquot the sample as needed. Keep aliquots at 2-8°C for short term use (up to 4 weeks) and store the remaining aliquots at -20°C.Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended.
