产品介绍 |
Rabbit anti Human WNT-3a antibodyrecognizes human WNT-3a, a secreted protein and member of the Wnt family of signalling proteins, acting as a ligand for members of the frizzled family of seven transmembrane receptors. Wnt-3a plays key roles in many developmental and cell fate decisions, including embryonic patterning, CNS development, and cytoskeletal formation.Wnt-3a acts as a promoter of the proliferation of ventral midbrain dopaminergic neuron precursor cells, and has been implicated in the progressive differentiation of anterior neural cells, as well as regulating the survival and expansion of neural progenitors derived from human embryonic stem cells. Wnt3a acts upstream of the Notch signalling pathway, in the regulation of somitogenesis, controlled by a segmentation clock, consisting of molecular oscillators in the Notch, Wnt3a and Fgf8 pathways(Aulehlaet al.2003). |

This information is derived from testing within our laboratories, peer-reviewed publications or personal communications from the originators. Please refer to references indicated for further information. For general protocol recommendations, please visit theantibody protocolspage.1This product requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections. Sodium citrate buffer pH 6.0 is recommended for this purpose.Where this product has not been tested for use in a particular technique this does not necessarily exclude its use in such procedures. Suggested working dilutions are given as a guide only. It is recommended that the user titrates the product for use in their own system using appropriate negative/positive controls.- ELISA
- AHP2188 may be used in an indirect ELISA or as a capture reagent in a sandwich ELISA with (AHP2188B) as the detection antibody.
