| Rabbit anti Human DcR3 (N-Terminal) antibodyrecognizes the amino Terminal of human DcR3, otherwise known as Decoy Receptor 3, a ~33 kDa member of the tumour necrosis factor receptor superfamily.DcR3 acts as a receptor for FasL and LIGHT, preventing them from binding to their cell death receptors and thereby inhibiting apoptosis.DcR3 is a soluble decoy receptor found in adult stomach, spinal cord, lymph node, trachea, spleen and lung. It may also be found in fetal lung, brain and liver and is highly expressed in several primary tumors from colon, stomach, rectum, esophagus and in SW480 colon carcinoma cells. |

| This product is shipped at ambient temperature. It is recommended to aliquot and store at -20°C on receipt. When thawed, aliquot the sample as needed. Keep aliquots at 2-8°C for short term use (up to 4 weeks) and store the remaining aliquots at -20°C.Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. |
