The Human Cytochrome c ELISA quantitates Hu cytochrome c in human cell lysates. The assay will exclusively recognize both natural and recombinant Hu cytochrome c.人细胞色素c ELISA定量分析人细胞裂解物中的人细胞色素c。该检测试剂盒将专门识别天然和重组人细胞色素c。Principle of the method 方法原理The Human cytochrome c solid-phase sandwich ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) is designed to measure the amount of the target bound between a matched antibody pair. A target-specific antibody has been pre-coated in the wells of the supplied microplate. Samples, standards, or controls are then added into these wells and bind to the immobilized (capture) antibody. The sandwich is formed by the addition of the second (detector) antibody, a substrate solution is added that reacts with the enzyme-antibody-target complex to produce measurable signal. Release of cytochrome C from the mitochondria to the cytosol is triggered by apoptotic stimuli. In the cytoplasm, the cytochrome C binds apoptotic protease activating factor which activates the apoptotic initiator procaspase 9.
