Rabbit anti Human EPN1 antibodyrecognizes EPN1, also known as EH domain-binding mitotic phosphoprotein, Epsin 1 or EPS-15-interacting protein 1.The protein encoded by the EPN1 gene binds clathrin and is involved in the endocytosis of clathrin-coated vesicles. Three transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for EPN1 (provided by RefSeq, Nov 2011).Rabbit anti Human EPN1 antibody detects a band of 90 kDa. The antibody has been extensively validated for western blotting using whole cell lysates.
