QXDx BCR-ABL %IS 试剂盒是 Bio-Rad 推出的基于 QX100/200 微滴式数字 PCR 平台的 BCR-ABL 融合基因定量检测试剂盒，灵敏度可达 MR4.7 或 MR5.0 水平。更值得一提的是该款试剂盒在 2017 年 12 月份获得了 CE-IVD 认证，这也是第一个在欧洲获批的、针对血液样本的BCR-ABL 定量检测试剂盒

如何利用该试剂盒进行 BCR-ABL %IS 水平检测呢？

该试剂盒中除了反转录需要的试剂、引物、ddPCR 过程中需要引物探针外，还内置一系列 Control 及 Calibration 样本，确保检测结果的有效性、准确性。

Controls：

　　高水平阳性对照  -MR0.3-MR1.0 (10%-50%IS)

　　低水平阳性对照  -MR3.0-MR5.0 (0.001-0.1%IS)

　　阴性对照  -< MR5.3 (0.0007%IS)

　　Calibrations：~0.1%IS 和 ~10%IS
